Terms and conditions of service
The purchase of products or services made on-frame.com (the “Website”) is regulated by the following conditions (the “Conditions”).
When clicking on “Accept”, the user accepts the Conditions without limitations or qualification. The website is owned by Onframe srl with head office in Renolda st., 43, 25030 – Castel Mella (BS), Italia, VAT number 04236430981, Fiscal Code 04236430981 (“Onframe srl”).
1. Services offered by the website
The Website allows to use luminous signage customization services (collectively “the Services”), among which there are customization of aluminum profiles to create “Soft Signage” and textile printing (the “Products”), with home delivery, that is delivery to third parties via postal delivery services in Italian territory only (the “Mailing Service”).
Unless otherwise specified, the present conditions apply to all Services offered by Gruppo Masserdotti spa when compatible. To get access to the Services, prior subscription to the Website is required. During registration phase the users will have to specify if they intend to subscribe and purchase as a business, sole proprietorship/freelancer, private customer, or association, while also indicating the customer’s nationality. Only purchases of services made by private customers will be subjected to the applicable consumer law, pursuant to the provisions of d.IGS. 06.09.2005 n. 206 (the “Consumption Code”)
All final prices of the Website Services are expressed in Euros, and it is possible to view them both with or without taxes, depending on the country and type of subscription. The price of the Services may vary periodically. For specific products and offers, shipping is included. For all remaining Products, customers will be charged with shipping.
2. Product choice and purchase methods
After authentication, the user will be able to proceed and select the Products as they are described in the proper sections, by selecting them each time, customizing them and adding the desired quantity to cart. Some images may be provided for informational purposes and may differ in appearance from the delivered Product.
3. Payments and content upload
The client will be able to purchase online Services and make payments via Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard), Paypal or wire transfer as stated on the website, following the given instructions for the purchase procedure.
Information that is necessary for the payment will be transferred via encrypted protocols to the payment institution to which Gruppo Masserdotti assign remote and electronic payment services, without any possibility of a third-party access.
Payments must be made in advance and, only after the payment, the selected products will go into production.
In case of payments made via wire transfer, production will begin only after accreditation; as a result, delivery may be postponed for 2-3 days, plus the time for printing and shipping. In this case is also necessary to include the order number in the purpose of payment and to identify the transaction. Customers will be provided with the invoice in their reserved area in the dedicated section: it will be up to the customer to access the area, to print the document and store it according to the regulations in force.
4. Users’ responsibility on uploaded content
Customers will be held completely responsible for the selection of content and images to be printed, as well as the acquisition of authorizations for their reproduction, when necessary, and – in the Mailing Service case – for the use of the recipients’ personal data. Under no circumstances Gruppo Masserdotti spa will verify the content except for technical specifications and for the graphic compatibility with the requested specifications.
Under no circumstances Onframe srl will be considered responsible for the unauthorized use of images by customers or for any kind of violation of third parties’ rights on those images.
Customers release Onframe Srl and commit to indemnify it from any liability towards any third parties who may accuse violations of intellectual property rights, damages to image, honor, propriety, moral integrity or any other pecuniary or non-pecuniary damage following the printing of the images and content uploaded by the users themselves, as well as -in case of the Mailing Service- any damage following personal information use or/and following receipt of the products by the Service recipients.
In any case, Onframe srl retains the right to block any order presenting an obvious violation of intellectual property rights by third parties or containing any defamatory or violent material or content against public order and common decency.
5. Delivery time and shipment
The Mailing Service includes shipping within Italian territory only; therefore, the service is not available for deliveries abroad.
Product shipping will be carried out on the dates selected by customers in quotation phase; in the Mailing Service case, terms of delivery to final customers refer to the terms applied by the postal courier, which are highlighted to the customer during the order procedure. Terms are simply indicative because they depend on third parties’ delivery services and they are meant to be calculated starting from the completion of the order, or rather from the successful uploading of the file and receipt of the confirmation. Delivery dates are valid for the majority of a given national territory. Islands and remote zones may be served in two or more additional days.
Shipping and delivery occur according to the terms selected in the quotation, as long as the order is completed before 6:00 PM the same day. Files and payment confirmations received after 6:30 PM are considered to have taken place the next working day.
Working days refer to days from Monday to Friday with the exclusion of 1/1, 6/1, 25/4, 1/5, 2/6, 15/8, 1/11, 8/12, 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12, Easter Monday.
Under no circumstance Onframe srl will be responsible of any possible damage provoked by delays in deliveries.
Shipments will be carried out by GLS courier.
Shipments will be done in 10 working days for non-luminous Onframe products, in 15 working days for Onframe products featuring LEDs. The structures ordered by you on on-frame.com will be shipped according to the following guidelines:
• Shipping by express courier in mounting kit format;
• Cardboard box packaging. The product will be internally protected by shockproof materials;
• Inside the packaging there will be the sheet bearing assembly directions;
• On the packaging there will be a label describing the content of the envelope.
6. Right of withdrawal or reconsideration
Pursuant to the right of withdrawal in case of Products or Services purchase as a consumer under what is stated by the Consumer Code, You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period is effective upon the contract conclusion, which occurs with the order confirmation e-mail sent to the user by Onframe srl .
In order to exercise the withdrawal right, You are required to inform us about your decision of withdrawing from the present contract with an clear declaration (for example a letter sent by mail, fax or e-mail); you can choose to use the format which can be downloaded through this link or personally arrange the withdrawal notification with the same content.

To respect withdrawal terms, you are simply required to send the communication regarding the exercise of withdrawal rights before the withdrawal period expires.
If You withdraw from the present contract, You will be refunded of all payments made to us, including delivery charges (with the exception of the supplementary costs due to your potential choice of a more expensive delivery type, different form the less expensive type we offer, without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 days from the day we are informed about Your decision to withdraw from the present contract. Such refund will be carried out using the same payment method You used for the initial transaction, unless You have expressly agreed otherwise; in all cases, you won’t be charged with any extra cost because of such refund.
You are requested to send or hand us the goods without undue delay and within 14 days from the day you noticed us of your withdrawal from the present contract. Delivery charges for the return of the Products are to be borne by the customer.
Pursuant to art. 56, paragraph III, d.lgs 06.09.2005, n. 206 (Consumer Code), it is Onframe srl’s prerogative to withhold the refund until the Products are received or until the user shows proof of the shipment of the products, depending on which situation occurs first.
Exception to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal referred to in articles 52 to 58 of the Consumer Code for distance contracts and off-premises contracts is not valid in relation to:
a) the service contracts after the service performance is completed if the execution has started with an expressed agreement of the customer and with the acknowledgement of the loss of the right to withdrawal following the full execution of the contract by a professional;
b) the supply of goods the price of which Is linked to financial market fluctuations which the professional is not able to control and which may occur during the withdrawal period;
c) the supply of made to measure or obviously customized goods;
d) the supply of goods which are at high risk of quick deterioration or expiration;
e) the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable to be returned for hygienic reasons or for health protection relating reasons and have been opened after delivery;
f) the supply of goods appearing by their nature inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;
g) the supply of alcoholic beverages the price of which was agreed at the moment of the conclusion of the sales contract, the delivery of which may occur only after 30 days and the effective value of which depends on market fluctuations that can not be controlled by the professional;
h) contracts in which the consumer specifically requested a visit by the professional in order to perform urgent reparation and maintenance jobs. If during such visit the professional performs other services other than the ones that were specifically requested by the consumer or if they provide goods other than the necessary replacement parts to perform the maintenance job or reparations, the right of withdrawal applies to such extra services or goods.
i) the supply of sealed video or audio tapes or sealed computer software which have been opened after delivery;
l) the supply of papers, periodicals or magazines except for subscription contracts for the supply of said publications;
m) contracts that have been closed in occasion of a public auction;
n) the supply of non-residential housing, transportation of goods, vehicles rental services, catering services or services relating leisure activities whenever the contract previews a specific date or execution period;
o) the supply of digital content via non-material supports if the execution has begun with the customer’s clear agreement and with their acknowledgement of loss of the right to withdrawal.
7. Liability disclaimer – faulty products
Onframe srl will not be responsible towards the user for damages of any kind, either direct or indirect, resulting from possible mistakes of all natures in the printing of the files sent by the customer, except for intent or gross negligence.
In case of printing mistakes that are not due to the user, or in case of delivery of a faulty or damaged product, Onframe srl will be requested to print again the material only once. When receiving the product, the customer is required to accurately examine the received products. Any possible defect in the delivered merch and printing or packaging mistakes that are not attributable to the customer must be immediately reported to the courier or to the customer support service. The goods must be accepted by signing subject to verification. The user will then have to open a report on their Personal Area, making sure to attach the photographic documentation where required, within 8 days from when receiving the material.
Onframe srl will do their best to respond to all complaints within two hours.
